Dell Precision 3581 BIOS Issue

Hi,

I purchased Dell precision 3581 on 5 Aug 2024. I got an windows 11 update after that it is stuck on BIOS screen. I submitted my laptop back to store. they told me there is BIOS update issue. They will fix this issue and give it to me within 48 hrs. It's 7 days gone but nothing happened. I raise a service request and got an update they are going to change mother board without any reason. I don't know why they are doing this. Even they did not transferred ownership to me. I tried multiple times on Technical support number got response we can help because this laptop is owned by a company. I don't know what is going on in Dell. It is not acceptable from DELL. Really bad experience. I am loosing my work because I don't have laptop for work and there is no proper support from DELL. 

Need help from DELL Community Support. I need new laptop in the replacement of this laptop.
