Dell precision 3580 - memory upgrade issue - system does not boot
Hello Dell Fans,
I need your help:) My laptop was acquired with 1x16GB DDR5 4800MHZ memory module installed.
I bought a dual chanel 2x32GB DDR5 5600MHz SODIMM from Crucial ( https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/dell/precision-3580)
I removed the 1x16GB memory module and installed the twee 32GB memory module.
After the memory upgrade the system does not boot.
The light on the keyboard is on, but after 20-30 seconds it turns off.
If install back the original memory, everything is ok.
Why doesn't the memory upgrade work?
Thanks for your help.

Unplug the system, remove the base cover and disconnect the battery from the system board. Hold the power button for 30 sec. Then install the new memory, reassemble the system and try booting.
