Dell precision 3571 battery sudden 0% after win 11 new update
after downloading a latest win 11 update i clicked on update and restart and then it restarted that time laptop was not connected to power and was on battery power 100% and i went to do something else when i returned it was switched off i tried to switched on but system didnot start i put in the power and then it said that battery is 0% and when ever now i plugout charger the laptop goes off. 
this: powercfg /batteryreport has shown that battery is 100% charged

how can i get rid of this i have opened the laptop and removed the battery pin and pluggedin again but that has not solved the problem

I have unistalled the updates but still same issue. before uninstalling the windows update i had installed new bios version so i will also try to downgrade the bios and then share if that has worked for me or not

My battery health is excellent i have reinstalled windows downgraded bios upgraded bios again removed the window update but still this issue is not solved
