A little more information would be helpful, Do you have any indication that it is trying to power up? Are you hearing any beeps or see any flashing diagnostic LED lights? Have you made any changes prior to the problem and was it working properly up to that point? Is the caps lock button lighting up?

it's totally silent, it happened many times before and I had to leave it for long time and after that it comes up again.
some friend told me it's some board issue and I have to replace the board but I don't know how to get new board.

@mohabshihab Possibly a MB but also could be a battery/adapter issue where the battery is going dead if the adapter is not working properly. Have you tried a reset? Unplug the adapter and disconnect the battery. Then press and hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Then reconnect everything and try to boot. But if it is indeed the MB then you can find that part at Parts-People here. You can type in your service tag there and it will show the compatible MB for your system.

I have the same issue with that same poor P3541. This happens from time to time when I close the lid after selecting the sleep mode (hibernate). For some reasons, the screen shuts down as it should, but the computer still runs and you do t necessarily notice it. It draws a lot of energy and the battery gets depleted after some time.

The weird thing with this computer is that, when this happens, if you plug it to the power supply, it won t start! You have to wait such that the battery gets a sufficient amount of energy. That is stupid. First time I see that with a laptop.

The amount of time you need to wait depends on the state of your battery. If it is rather new, it will restart after 10 mn. If it is older, my case now, I had to wait for two hours to be able to start this laptop. Two hours!!!

Futhermore, when this happens, my computer restart with a crazy time and date and the bios tells you the time is not set! Worse, the bios changes the adpater ahpci to raid by its own, and the computer won t start if you don't know that.

I have been working heavily with laptops for 3 decades now. This is the worse laptop I ever had: heats a lot, bad quality of components from lid protection, antisliding pads that went off after 6 months, power adapter cable that Deteriorates, mother board changed twice,..... A nightmare! A pity!
