Dell Mobile Connect does not connect iPhone 10 on Windows-10

Dell currently advertises Dell Mobile Connect as a feature and option for their laptops here: https://www.dell.com/en-us/lp/dell-mobile-connect.

But the APP does not work (with my 7760 on Windows-10 and iPhone X) and it appears it is not supported.  Can anyone please clarify?
