Dell KB740 Compact Keyboard - Fn + arrows

Question

Hello, I just bought the second keyboard (after Dell KB525c) and I noticed that both of them do not allow to use fn + left/right as home/end buttons for some reason. This is kind of against the logic because I own Dell Precision 5480 which has exact same layout (even up/down arrows are same size and have same look), but laptop keyboard allows me to use the shortcut and the keyboard itself not.

Is it something that could be fixed with the firmware update or something (I guess since the fn key is not really a key registered in the system it would not be possible to add an option to toggle this behavior in Dell Peripheral Manager ?). This may be kind of dealbreaker when migrating from laptop keyboard and I don't see the reason why could not this be implemented.

I'm also curious why they do not put Fn+Left and Rigth arrow to do home and end. This is particularly helful when working with Excel spreasheets. I use Microsoft Powertoys and then use Ctrl + left and right but this is not ideal. Tons of laptop keyboards including mine XPS 9510 has this and this keyboard KB740 doesn't. If I knew that before my purchase I would have looked elsewhere.

As software developer I find this also an useful feature which I miss from my Dell Precision 7680 and my previous Dell XPS
