Dell docking station not connecting to laptop

Dear sir/madam,

I have Dell docking station WD19DC for my dell laptop (precision 7560) from my work. The docking station is connecting to my laptop automatically. I need to disconnect the 2 Dell Monitor, restart the docking station, connect the laptop and then connect the monitors every time.
