Dell 3530

My Dell 3530 performance is extremely slow, I using different types of adapters, new battery and it works perfectly only first 20 seconds once you attaching a socket. then it's working very slow...I need to detached socket and attached it again and then 20 seconds of good work...then again and again. I am so tired. please help.
