Dell 3480 bluetooth issues redux
Since the last UEFI update bluetooth has gone downhill. Now after maybe 90 minutes or so the sound becomes choppy. I have to reboot to get audio working again.

Following an Intel graphics update, now my machine nags to connect my phone when it already is connected to the Phone Link app.
