Dell 3480 better performance

I found a new UEFI ROM for my Dell Precision 3480 on the support page. Not that it could notice. But manual selection noticed an I discovered an improvement in boot performance with my Orico 5-disk USB box. I have all slots filled and a total of 40TB of data. Now the machine boots fast like it should. My 3480 has DDR5 so it should be faster than a DDR4 machine as the main memory is somewhat faster.
