DCU 5.5.0 will not install on Dell Laptops with Windows 11 24H2

Greetings,

I am encountering an issue installing Dell Command Update Universal 5.5.0 on a Dell Precision 3480 with Windows 11 24H2 Enterprise. This is a domain machine. The installation issue is also not specific to the Dell model type of machine rather, it is affecting only machines that are on Windows 11 24H2, regardless if it is a Precision 3480, Latitude or Optiplex series.

The DCU 5.5.0 installs and works fine if it is installed on Windows 11 23H2 Enterprise machines. I have installed the required .Net Windows Desktop Runtime 8.0.20 but, DCU continues to fail installation.

I have tried the Universal Application 5.5.0 A00_01.exe version as well as the extracted MSI file and both fail with a message "Aborting the installation process as the application is not supported on your operating system" and rolls back the installation process. I have admin rights to the machines and have ran this as administrator.

Has anyone encountered this issue? I have researched online and have not found any mention of DCU 5.5.0 not being supported on Windows 11 24H2.
