Charging Precision 5690 concurrently via multiple USB ports?

I have a Precision 5690 which requires a 165w AC adapter connected to one of the usb-c pd ports.

I would like to be able to charge it with a power tank which has 2 usb-c pd ports, each of which output 145w max. So, a single usb-c pd connection to the 5690 would be insufficient.

My question is, can I attach the 2 usb-c pd ports to the 2 usb-c pd ports on the 5690 and be able to avoid a message that there is insufficient power?

The power tank I'm considering is the Anker prime power bank, 26,250mAh 3-port portable charger with 300w max output.

Thanks in advance

That scenario was never tested by Dell. Dell only tested using the provided 165W USB-C AC power adapter to the 1st TB4 port.

The answer is no - the system will draw power from only one input at a time.

You may be able to charge the system more slowly with the non- Dell adapter, but you won't be able to bypass the limit of the adapter with a second input.

Well I wouldn't totally rule out the possibility of it working. The dock compatibility guide indicates that a WD19DC is needed for this model to charge. Since this dock is using dual type C cables for charging, then perhaps the anker bank can power the system through both C ports as well.
