Can’t recover my PIN

Question

Hi, I can’t access my precision laptop anymore.

The reader didn’t read my finger print, I tried with the picture login but failed.

Only solution left to log in, is through the PIN. I’m not sure I did set one, if I did, I must have forgotten.

Besides, there is no “forgot the pin” button to click and to create a new pin.

how could I do? Thanks in advance for your help!!

The PIN can be reset by logging into your Microsoft account.

Log into your MS account from another device and reset the PIN.
