Cannot turn off Airplain mode

Question

Hi guys,

I have Precision M4800 with Windows 10 Pro (21H1) that worked with WiFi. Somehow the Airplain mode was turned on and cannot be turned turned off because it's greyed out in the Settings.

I've tried Fn+F2 and Fn+PrtScr, reset Network settings and several other advises.

Any ideas?

Just a thought but on the right side of the laptop near the front is a switch that will turn the WiFi off and back on. Have you tried to move the switch in an effort to turn on the WiFi. See page 1 in the manual here for the switch location.

Happy to help out! And to be quite honest my wife's laptop (a Latitude) has the exact same switch which she accidently turns off at least once every couple of months.
