CAMM memory is awful
I've used Dell computers for 25+ years now. I've never had issues with Dell hardware until CAMM came along. I've had plenty of Windows issues (who hasn't?) I've had driver issues, I've had software issues, but now, I'm having hardware issues, specifically with CAMM.
I have had over 20 instances of my work laptop,  a less-than-1-year-old Precision 7680 blue screening with memory problems.  I had the memory replaced.  That has done no good at all.  I've had my machine re-imaged.  That has not helped.  I have replaced the SSD, that did not fix anything.  It's definitely an issue with the CAMM (based on the bug checks).
The only thing I have not done, and cannot do, is install Linux to see if that makes a difference.  Unfortunately, my work laptop has to be Windows 11.
Do not buy a Dell laptop with CAMM in it. You will have issues. Stick with the tried and true. 99.99999% of people will not even notice a difference between CAMM and SO-DIMM memory; stick with SO-DIMM until the bugs get ironed out of CAMM and the price comes WAY down.

Is the memory in fact, failing the diagnostics? F12 at powerup to run those.
CAMM is expensive, but I've never seen a reliability complaint for it.
The only real alternative to CAMM in form factor is LPDDR5 memory - i.e., hard soldered to the mainboard. Others (Apple primary among them) have used non-upgradeable RAM for many years. So have some others, but it's the only real alternative to CAMM at this point.
At least CAMM can be replaced -- if LPDDR memory fails, the entire system board needs to be replaced.
