BSOD in Precision 5530

Hello.

I have a Precision 5530 and, approximately, 2 months ago, I'm getting BSODs with the error code irql_not_less_or equal and tcpip.sys driver. I have all the drivers updated with Dell SupportAssist, and also Windows Update is up to date, and I have no idea of what can be causing the issue.

I have run a HW test and it reports that the battery is reaching the end of its life cycle. But I don't know if this can cause the BSOD.

Is it possible that someone can help me to fix the issue? I have

Thanks.
