Hi
Have you run any kind of diagnostics on the HDD/SSD?
Has the CMOS battery been recent replaced?
which OS are you running?
What, if anything have you tried?
Do you have backups and a recovery media?

Download Windows 11 24H2 media creator and find a 8GB or larger USB stick and make a new installer

Have you run pre-boot diagnostics to determine if the slowdown is hardware or software related?
If all is well on the hardware front, then you may want to try seeing what your startup apps are - you may find that some of them are slowing the system down and not needed.
How much memory do you have and when did you last "take out the trash"? In the 10+ years you've had this, I'm sure that a bunch of old files and lost registry entries are floating about.
I usually go to Microsoft store and download Wintoys. That'll show you in one place what is installed, what is starting and so forth - that'll be a "start" and you can then report back here the results. We can then go from there.
