Bluetooth option greyed out in BIOS
I recently purchased a Precision 3581 with the Intel AX211 WLAN card but mistakenly chose the "No Bluetooth" option. Only realised this when I received the laptop and started to set up Windows. Went into the BIOS to enable this but the Bluetooth option is greyed out and won't allow me to select it. I assumed the card was physically missing Bluetooth but on closer inspection the card has Bluetooth and is same card if the order is specified with Bluetooth option (it is a no cost option wither way).
I tried another WLAN card (AX200) which has Bluetooth (confirmed on the system I removed it from), but the option in BIOS is still greyed out. I only have the option to enable/disable WLAN.
Does anyone know what I need to do the enable Bluetooth on this laptop? Is there a secret boot option/key press I need to do to get this to work. Would rather not have to ship the laptop back if there is a simple fix.
Many thanks.
