Bitlocker pin on external keyboard?

I normally use my precision 7780 in clamshell mode. Now our company is forcing a Bitlocker pin at startup and furthermore hibernation is not allowed.

exterbal monitor and keyboard does not work at time of Bitlocker pin.

is there anything to do here so I don’t need to open the laptop every time?

the external monitor is less important, if only I could put in the pin blind on external keyboard that would be great.
