Best NVMe drives for Precision 7730?
For a Precision 7730 there's the ability to install four NVMe drives in total; Slots 3, 5, 6 get PCIe 4x4 NVMe M.2 2280 SSD, Up to 32 Gbps. Slot 4 gets SATA AHCI M.2 2280 SSD, Up to 6 Gbps. What would be the best options respectively to use each slot's capabilities to the fullest extent, without paying for characteristics that would be useless in this usage case? Thanks a lot in advance!

The system is too old to support the speed capability of PCIe 4 drives -- basically, any PCIe 3x4 NVMe drive will work in the NVMe slots. The other one is for a SATA drive - not NVMe.
You CAN use PCIe 4 drives -- they won't run at full speed, though.

Thank you very much, @ejn63 , for your response! Yes, I understand that the SATA slot is a wholly different thing altogether; I'm asking for the NVMe slots though, because I'm a bit puzzled with the PCIe 4x4 mentioned in the specs, since what I thought is that the best option would be a NVMe PCIe 4 drive. Now, when I'm trying shopping around for NVMe PCIe 4 drives, I'm being faced with drives with different speeds, presence or absence of RAM on board, etc. — so I'm unaware whether all or any of these characteristics will make a meaningful speed advantage or not.
