Audio output not working

Good day,

Having an issue with using plug-in or wireless earbuds on my Precision 7780. Only had it a few months. When I plug in the wired earbuds, or connect to wireless earbuds, the sound still comes out of the speakers. Any thoughts on this? I'm not aware of having changed any settings but can't seem to solve the problem myself. Thanks!
