Audio issue

Some time ago, I noticed that my speakers stopped working. I installed the support assist app and it was able to detect an issue, however, when I try to submit my issue there is an error in the creation of the service request.

Regarding the audio issue, I can have audio using my headphones, also bluetooth works, only the laptop speakers do not work. Whenever I try to play some audio I only hear some small tick but just that. I would appreciate your help on this.
