All Dell Related Software Fails to Install on Precision 7730

It all started when I checked Dell Command app for updates, and it came back with "A system security error has occurred." No updates available.

I tried to uninstall it, but it gave me issues. Finally got it removed and rebooted the OS, but now it fails to reinstall. It doesn't give an error, it just closes itself while it says it preparing my system for installation.

I have followed the guide to do a clean uninstall of Support Assist, which it showed was still installed, yet it did not show up under Add/Remove Programs. After the MS Troubleshooter successfully removed it, I tried to install it again, yet same issue.

If I try to manually install any of the Dell drivers\apps, like the Dell Command app, they all fail during installation.

I'm running W11 with all current Windows updates.
