7780 CE and +/- Keys
I'm trying to remap the "CE" and "+/-" keys to "Home" and "End". Unfortunately, it appears the keys are duplicative to the "F9" and "Delete" keys on the keyboard. So if I use SharpKeys or Keyboard Manager in PowerTools it maps both keys to the remapping ("F9" and "CE" keys get mapped to "HOME" and ""+/-" and "Delete" get mapped to "End"). I'd like to keep the "F9" and "Delete" physical keys to the original state.
Does anyone know how to do this? My search so far hasn't turned anything up.

I find it unbelievable that I found threads from 5 years ago, where people complain about this issue, and since then they have added the (even more useless) copilot key, therefore they had the opportunity to fix their mistake, and still, on my brand new laptop, I encounter the same issue! This absolutely reeks of indifference towards customers. This is my first Dell laptop and I have to say that unfortunately it will probably be last, just because this. Out of principle. Because it's obvious that this company doesn't care about their customers
