7550 bluetooth RFCOMM protocol died
Hello everybody , maybe someone will be able to help me with the problem :)
scope: precision 7550, <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin> (my PC is not the only one that has the same issue, I can get at least 10 other 7750's with same problem)
until last Friday I have used some random headphones with integrated headset, HECATE g33bt. they connected via Bluetooth as both headphones and headset.
Dell command update did it's magic, as per screen below:

And now I'm facing a problem, that via Bluetooth I can connect to headphones part, but headset cannot be connected- I can't use microphone via Bluetooth. RFCOMM Protocol TDI does not start anymore :

In both device manager and sound options the "hands-free" audio can be seen, but it can't be connected.
As seen on the screen from device manager, I have also tried using Bluetooth dongle ASUS-BT400, and disabling on-board Intel BT, with zero effect. I have tried reinstalling all chipset, Bluetooth and sound drivers from dell support page, with zero effect. I have tried google operations, like services, reinstalling BT drivers etc., without any effect
Can anyone help me with tracking the issue, why does RFCOMM not work ? I really would like to use my headset for calls as I did for those past years :)
Cheers!
