5ghz wifi upgrade for Dell precision m6800
Is It possible if I can upgrade the wifi card on the dell precision m6800 to a 5ghz wifi card? The one I have currently only supports 2.4ghz, if it's possible then what wifi card should I get?

Your laptop uses a mini-PCIe card (the half size card). It is a pain to get to and the connections are very fragile. Look for an intel 7260 half pcie card - perhaps something like this Dell Precision M6800 Wifi Cards | OEM Replacements (parts-people.com)
