WOL T3620 Only works after I go in to the BIOS exit and then stop the reload in to Win 11

Here's a weird one, all my T1700's 4 of them to be exact are working perfectly With Win10.

My T3620 i7-7700K with Win 11 won't WOL unless I do the following:

Go in to BIOS make any change and exit, then stop the PC from booting in to Windows: Then if I remotely WOL it works, but only once, it will not do it again until I follow the above procedure. So my thoughts are, this is a BIOS issue?
