Webcam WB 7022 und "Peripheral Manager"

Lange Zeit habe ich mit meinem DELL-Equipment (DELL Webcam WB7022, DELL UW4025QW und einer Precision 7780 gearbeitet. Lange Zeit ging das sorglos und ohne Probleme.

Irgendwann fing es an. Zuerst funktionierte Windows Hello nicht mehr mit der externen Kamera, jetzt ist es nicht mehr möglich, an die Kameraeinstellungen zu gelangen, da der "Display und anderer Manager" alles erlaubt, nur nicht die Kamera oder den Monitor einzustellen. Es gibt einfach keine Optionen (Kamera) oder sie funktionieren nicht (Monitor). Dies war mit früheren Versionen der Programme möglich.

Lieber DELL, ich habe viel Geld bezahlt und ich denke, dass Updates Verbesserungen und keine Rückschritte bringen!

Welche anderen Möglichkeiten gibt es, der Kamera klare Vorgaben in Bezug auf Winkel, Kontraste und Helligkeit zu geben? Seit dem letzten "KI-Update" läuft hier nichts mehr.
