update xeon 21xx compatibility update with 3200 ram
Hi, I am considering upgrading my ram on the T5820 with Xeon 2145 processor.
Currently I have 64gb in 4 modules of 16gb, the memory is RDIMM ECC 2666, the problem is that it is nowhere to be found.
Using the DELL compatibility web site suggests me to buy models with 3200 speed, then maybe replace all 2666 modules by 3200, the question is 3200 is compatible with Xeon 21XX processors?

3200 RAM will work with Xeon W-2145 but will downclocked the speed to what the CPU is rate for, which is 2666. 3200 is compatible and Crucial has that RAM on this page.
