T7920 HDD's in Flexbay 3 and 4 in the back are warmer than the front ones

I have a T7920 and installed 757 BBSI. and whether under load or idle the  HDD's in Flexbay 3 and 4 in the back are warmer than the front ones ie 50C vs 35 C. Is there a way to see if the fans are running property and if needed to speed them up?
Or is this because of the design in that fresh air first goes  through flexbay 0,1,2 and then 3,4?

That is common for in-line design.  The same will happened with the processors, the second CPU will be around 10° warmer.
