T5600 - How to delete Raid Controller device driver outside of windows 7

Hi,
I'm royally hozed here.  My t5600 came with the default H310 PERC controller card.  It is running to 2 Non-raid HDDs.  The computer has worked fine for years, but recently the RAID card started crashing randomly.  So, I replaced it today.  The first time I put the new card in, windows 7 started fine.  It then automatically installed device drivers - 3 of 4 of them.  The "Other Device" "Raid Controller" did not install correctly.

The computer then asked to reboot immediately for changes to take effect.  I did.  Now, the computer will not boot.  It won't even go to safe mode, or safe mode command line, without crashing while booting.  It crashes because of a "0x0000007B" which is the lack of a driver running the Raid Controller.

I tried using the windows install disc to repair windows, but I can't seem to be able to load the device drivers to see the hard drives to be able to select the windows installation.  I've tried all the drivers listed on the Dell site for t5600 from a USB, but it windows does not show any drives.  The drives are there though, I can see them from the boot options menu, they are just not bootable drives.

So, that is the situation.  At this point, if I could take out this hard drive and connect it to another windows computer - what files would I delete out of C:/windows or whatever directory, so that it would restart windows without any device drivers for the RAID Controller?

I've also tried unseating the controller board and seating it in other pci slots.  This worked once, but now it's .  I only got one chance.

Thank you for any input.  It would be a lot easier to fix this driver issue than reinstall windows entirely again.

I don't know what's with it, but you're not the first one to have a new H310 not work with a T5600.
