T1700 Motherboard Fan Clips | Where to Buy

Precision T1700 from 2014, where can I find the rubber/plastic "clips" (if you can call them that) that gold the rear fan to buy replacements? My current ones have degraded over 14 years and twist the whole fan body (box part, not spinny spinny part) when the fan starts like it's some muscle car in a movie. I want to remove them anyways to properly clean the dust between the fan and the case "grill" but removing them will just cut them in half because they're so weak now. sorry English isn't my first language.
