SFF OSS21 stand : OK with monitor larger than 27" ?

I have this OSS21 SFF stand, with a 27" monitor. I am interested in purchasing a 32" monitor to replace it, but the OSS21 documentation says it's for monitors up to 27", and I wonder why.

I would like to understand the constraint(s) so that I can decide for myself what I do with it. Does anyone know why it has this documented limitation? Weight?
