Precision T5500 as homeserver

Hi, I have a Precision T5500. I was wondering if I can use it as small home servers. I need to install windows server and create 3 VM. I used to have a Power edge R610 running with those 3 VM and I had no problem. One VM is a DVR and the others 2 are home weather station. Do you think it's good enough? Thanks
