Precision 7920XL NVMe 2TB limit?
Curious as to why the manual states that 2TB is the max size per NVMe SSD -
- M.2 NVMe PCIe SSDs—Up to 8* x 2TB drives on 2 Dell Precision Ultra-Speed Drive Quad x16 cards. Requires dual CPU config
- Front FlexBay M.2 NVMe PCIe SSDs—Up to 4* x 2TB drives, 2 drives per CPU. Requires dual CPU config
Is there any reason I can't stick a few 8TB SSDs in the FlexBay?

Hello,
I may be easily mistaken, but that's because when the document was written, the max M.2 on the market were 2TB

Dell capacity specifications are for products that were tested and validated to be sold with the systems. If the product is with universal standard compliance, you can use standard, non-Dell brands and with the capacity available on the markets.
