After running the installation via Dell command update, i restarted the computer to actually install the BIOS update.
The computer never boots back to windows.
The computer is on a location where there is no monitor, mouse or keyboard connected to the computer, so i cannot see any error messages, i can however do a power cycle and then the computer comes back online and boots into windows.

I have tried the update several times now with the same result.

Im facing the same issue... I cannot see anything using different GPU or monitor.

I did a lot of steps and the only one who help me was:

- Use a SSD on a laptop, install it Ubuntu and DWService service

- Install the Ubuntu SSD and boot it from it and using a ethernet cable connected with internet

- Using other computer logged on DWservice and was able to see the ubuntu screen, then rebooted

After the reboot I was able to see the ubuntu boot screen, but Im still not able to see the Dell Logo or BIOS screen.
