If you seek help from community, provide your specific system model for more accurate and better inputs.

Many Dell systems were shipped with RAID mode enable and would require to use F6 driver (Intel RST) during Windows installation.  Verify if this is the cause of your Windows installation issue.  You can disable RAID and select AHCI in BIOS settings.  Drive(s) may be visible again.

You either need to completely wipe SSD or get a new one.  Getting a new one is the safest bet to make sure the virus is gone .  Use AHCI in BIOS as Chino suggested when loading.

With your new information provided, that makes the diagnosing a lot easier.  For Precision 5820, you must download  and extract this Intel VMD driver to a USB drive and use it to load driver while prompted during Windows installation.

At the screen to select where to install Windows, you select to load driver.  Browse to the USB and expand the folder.  Select the driver IntelVROC_f6_iaVROC_win10_64 to install and your Samsung 980 Pro should appears in the drives list.  Select each and all partitions of that drive and delete into one unallocated space.  Select next and allowing Windows installer to create partitions automatically.

If for some reason the SSD drive did not show, just select refresh and load driver again.
