Precision 5820 Ambient Air Sensor Error
Hello! I am unable to find a working solution online so I am writing here to see if someone can help me. I have a 5820 X-Series desktop that seems to be having an "Ambient Air Temp Sensor" Error from startup support assist every time I turn on the computer. This issue didn't start until I had to replace a failed motherboard. I have tried replacing the 2 thermal sensors that are plugged into the board to no avail. I am wondering if it is one of the sensors that is soldered to the main board, or the front IO board. Does anyone know which sensor I should be looking for? Or should I just go ahead and replace all the soldered sensors? Like I said, I did not have this issue with my previous main board before it failed, and I still have that part, so I could just transfer the soldered sensors from the old board to the new board. Just wanted some other opinions and advice before I go that far. And yes, I am out of warranty with this desktop and don't care to pay for an extended one, so I don't mind personal modifications. Thanks!
