Precision 3660 power-related events during standby

Question

Precision 3660 running Windows 11.

While the computer is in standby mode, two messages keep showing up in Event Viewer:

Reset to device, \Device\Raid\Port0, was issued.
(source iastorVD, Event ID: 129)

USB device draining system power when system is idle

The second of these appears to be associated with the on-board SD card reader, but there is no later driver available to be installed.

Neither of these messages seems to appear while the computer is running, just when it's in standby mode.

Dell tech support pointed me at this article, which seems to be relevant, but I'm not sure how relevant: Reset to device,\device\raidport0, was issued | DiskInternals

I'm hoping that someone better versed than I in the details of "modern standby" can suggest places to look for an explanation.

What BIOS Version do have? Dell has a 2.8.1 for the 3660 Precision.

2.7.0. Interestingly, the latest version that the Dell website shows for my service tag is 2.6.1, but apparently 2.7.0 was installed by SupportAssist or something. Where do you see 2.8.1 available?

I have 2.8.1 installed and i have some problems with USB-C 3.1 Gen2 and Dell is ignoring my requests.

I have this problems with SANDISK Extreme Pro (2TB) (a revision before the failing SANDISK.

I have problems with a USB-C 3.0 to SATA Adapter and Samsung 850 Pro SSD.

But a Samsung 128GB USB-C 3.1 Stick is fine

I see that 2.8.1 was released (again?) on November 14. Installing it does not seem to have fixed the problem.
