Precision 3660 BIOS 2.35.2 DCU update PSU DEAD! Here we go again

PSA: Don't update!  Here we again...   

After latest dell command update to update BIOS on DELL Precision 3660 desktop workstation, with "supposed" installation Bios version 2.35.2 "fix" it corrupts the Bios and deadlock PSU after supposed clean/successful update and boot into windows. Post windows shutdown no power, no Green light or Bist activity or test working on all same device model Precision 3660 fleet we have... ALL, EXCEPT 1, completely dead.

How ironic, yet of course not ironic. The exception is my system, the only one that is purely stripped of all Dell trash and bloat including DCU (only DCU classic 5.4 on it)
