Precision 3650 cannot enter storage setting?

Question

For my new Precision 3650, every enter Window 11 Pro setting>System>Storage>Advanced storage settings, I cannot enter only Storage Spaces and Disks & Volumes (flash out). I had asked to Dell Technologies but he advice me re-install Windows(I don't want do that). Is it Windows problem or Dell software problem?Anyone has that problem? Thanks.

The problem is finally understood, the reason is that the installation of Ramdisk caused the two items of Windows to be unrecognizable.

I had tried to enter that two item with safe mode, it work to entrance...but back step select is also flash out. Why?

I can access this area on my Precision 3650 in windows 11 Pro.

I take it all drivers are upto date with your PC, or maybe some Service is not running on the PC?

try running the error checking to check for any file system errors on the drives.

Maybe I'm an isolated case, but I don't want to reinstall windows because of this little problem.

I checked the event log and someone suggested that I could try replacing the SettingsHandlers_Storage.dll file, but I don't have a reliable source to replace it, and I don't know if the version affects the registry or other settings?

Only OS driver extend is disabled (grey), does it matter?

Last week, the dell maintenance staff reinstalled windows on my system, but the problem still exists? !
