Precision 3640 unable to seat RTX4000 in pcie slot
Adding a RTX 4000 card in a Precision 3640 workstation cannot be achieved without the removal of the SATA data cable from the blue SATA connector on the motherboard. The card will not seat correctly in the pcie slot see photo. I am surprised DELL have not seen this as this workstation ships with this card. I had upgraded from a previous GTX1660S and problems detecting the new RTX 4000 until discovering it was not seated correctly and wouldn't until the SATA slot was freed up bizarre.

You must use 90 degree angle cable on those SATA ports when using full length graphics card.
