Precision 3460 SFF Thunderbolt card

Hi, I'm using a Dell Precision 3460 SFF with i7-12700.

I am wondering if there is any PCIe card for using Thunderbolt 3/4.

I found some low-profile half-size cards, but it seems expensive to test.
