Precision 3280's not pxe booting/go into diagnostics

The school I work deployed Dell Precision 3280's and imaged them using SCCM in a couple labs.  I've noticed that if we reimage the precision 3280's some of the machines go into diagnostics instead of pxe booting and connecting to our sccm server.  Is there a way to fix this?
