P3680 > Change NIC Speed on OFF state

Hi, we have purchased x200 Precision 3680, we encounter an issue when trying to use WakeOnLan with the additional 2.5Gbe network card (Intel I226-T1). Our switch is supporting 100/1000/2500 speed, however, seems the NIC I226-T1 is decreasing to 10MB when the computer is on off state. In that way we can't use the 2.5GB card we purchased. I have rad online there are some options to make some speed changes in the NIC, but I can't find any of these in the NIC properties. Hope you guys have some other ideas

Hello,

did you try to maybe change the adapter settings and change the Advanced / energy efficient ethernet , to off, or maybe in the power management tab of the adapter, to uncheck the "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" ?
