P2424HEB Monitor Software

I started having issues with my computer becoming sluggish and slow when opening apps etc, I spent days troubleshooting the problem and realised in the end it was the Dell Display and Peripheral Manager software that was causing the problem !!

I uninstalled it and everything is ok now, come on Dell, what is going on here?
