Optimized Memory with the Precision platform?

This is not a disk defragmentation question.  Dell's search engine always leads me to disk defragmentation when I search "optimized memory" and I don't include the term "server".

Is there any guidance from Dell about memory optimization with the (5820, 7920) Precision platform?  While I know these aren't servers, but some of them can be purchased with Xeon 2nd gen scalable processors.
