No Pcie Link speed GEN3... Dell Precision 3630
I can only run my RX 5700xt at pcie 2 speeds which highly impacts perfomance in some, beacuse auto link speed just green screen crashes my gpu... Any potential way to get pcie 3 option in pcie link settings?

In the Device Manager, Graphics display properties, details, verify the PCI max link speed as current link speed is not utilized at all times.
The default Auto in BIOS is Gen 3 link speed.
