My dell precision t7500 won't show my hard drive

I had just recently replaced the 2032 battery in my tower but once I booted up my pc it said "No boot device available". I've run the diagnostics and checked the BIOS order and it just won't show it. I'm lost and I'm confused.

Access BIOS settings again and check SATA operation mode.  Switching between RAID and AHCI will allow the system to see boot drive again.

@Chino de Oro the only options in the sata operation is AHCI and ATA so should I just switch between those

Yes.  Hopefully it went to ATA so you can switch it to AHCI.  Either way, BIOS has to be set to the same way the HDD was loaded in.  If you don't see your drive, you should see Windows Boot Manager.

It's a bit more complicate than other systems.  The T7500 has integrated SAS controller and besides RAID settings, it will depending if SATA drive was used and the setup of boot mode (such as MBR).  A proper restore to correct sequence in BIOS settings will allow the system to boot again.

SATA drives can connected to SAS ports as well.  Yes, OP can switch storage mode to ATA for testing.
