Mic not working on Audio Combo Jack - Optiplex Tower Plus 7010

Mic used to work earlier

But nowadays, Mic is no more working on the audio combo jack

Mic is working - tested on other computer and mobile

I enabled it on the properties.

But sound not being recorded.
